Reservations at Estragón are made through our online reservation system and may require a bank card as a guarantee.

The Raíces Menu is not available after 9:00 PM due to its duration.

Cancellations or modifications may be made up to 48 hours before the service at no charge. In the event of cancellation outside this period or of a no-show, the restaurant reserves the right to apply a charge of 150 € per guest.

If you have allergies, intolerances or specific dietary requirements, we recommend indicating this when making the reservation. Due to the nature of the tasting menu, some adaptations may not be possible.
