The controller is obliged to use all technical and organisational means necessary to guarantee the safety of the details provided, respect the obligation of professional secrecy, in addition to the obligations that are applicable under current law.

The obligation of professional secrecy shall be maintained indefinitely even after the contractual relationship has terminated.

The hotel group will use the client’s information to manage the contractual relationship in accordance with the T&C’s established in the contracts, with respect to article 6.1.b) of the Spanish Agency of Data Protection (R.G.P.D).

The client is informed that the data collected from them when making the booking shall be kept whilst the purpose for which it has been collected persists and, in any case, until the statutes of limitation expires, after which they shall be blocked when they are no longer relevant for the fulfilment of said purpose.

Likewise, where termination is caused by the client exercising their right of opposition, in accordance with the provisions of article 21.2 of the regulation (EU) 2016/679, the controller may maintain the user’s identification details, when they are necessary in order to prevent future contact for direct marketing purposes.

The Client is informed that failure to provide the required information will result in the impossibility of signing the contract.
